How do you work with a person whose world revolves around him? I sense that he is uncomfortable operating within my world- actually avoids it. Doesn’t want to be force to do the things I do just because. I have usually followed his lead, now I want to pick back up the things I value. Used the platinum rule- does work but for him primarily.
